Job Summary
We are hiring a passionate AI & ML Trainer to deliver our Data Science, AI & ML programs. Whether you are a bright fresher with strong project skills or a professional with up to 2 years of experience, if you love teaching and can make complex concepts simple, we want to hear from you. Freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply — structured trainer onboarding will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions in Python, Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Gen AI tools
- Teach data handling and visualisation using NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau
- Guide students through hands-on projects, real-world case studies, and capstone projects
- Prepare and update course materials, assignments, assessments, and lab exercises in line with industry trends
- Mentor students on portfolio building (GitHub, Kaggle) and support interview preparation
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback and doubt-clearing support
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI/ML and Gen AI and bring them into the classroom
- Support demo sessions, workshops, and seminars conducted by the academy
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in data science, analytics, or technical training
- Strong command of Python and core ML concepts (regression, classification, clustering, model evaluation)
- Working knowledge of libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn, along with TensorFlow/PyTorch and Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, LangChain, etc.), is a must
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English; Malayalam is an advantage
- Genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Certifications in Data Science / AI-ML are a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
