Key Responsibilities
- Product Costing & Analysis: Develop and maintain standard costing systems for SKUs, including materials, labor, and overhead.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of material, labor, and overhead variances, reporting on deviations.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor inventory levels, valuation, wastage, and production efficiency to optimize costs.
- Strategic Reporting: Provide actionable financial insights and margin analyses to senior management for pricing decisions.
- Budgeting & Closing: Support annual budget creation and manage month-end/year-end closing processes related to costing.
- System Maintenance: Ensure accuracy of cost methodologies within ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CMA, or ICWA preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Costing Manager in manufacturing, specifically FMCG or F&B.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Competencies: Strong analytical mind, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with supply chain/procurement teams.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
