Conduct outbound telecalling for banking products and services
Engage with potential customers to explain banking offerings
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
Generate leads and conduct follow-up calls

Required Qualifications:
Graduate with 0 to 3 years of experience in sales or telecalling
Excellent communication skills and confidence
Interest in banking or financial services
Target-driven mindset and self-motivation
