Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced QA / Testing Engineers to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of large-scale digital platforms. The role involves managing the end-to-end testing lifecycle, defining test strategies, coordinating with development and business teams, and ensuring adherence to accessibility, security, and performance standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automated testing, with a strong background in API, UI, and integration testing for microservices-based systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Define, implement, and manage the QA strategy, test plans, and testing standards for large-scale digital solutions

Lead functional, regression, integration, system, performance, and security testing cycles

Oversee API testing and validation of backend workflows using tools such as Postman or equivalent

Coordinate with developers, business analysts, UI/UX designers, and DevOps teams to ensure release readiness

Validate compliance with GIGW, WCAG accessibility standards, and CERT-In security requirements

Ensure role-based access (RBAC), authentication, and session workflows are thoroughly tested

Manage test data creation, data migration validation, and end-to-end UAT cycles

Leverage AI-powered testing tools (e.g., TestSigma, ChatGPT, Postman AI) to accelerate test case generation, exploratory testing, and defect documentation Page 23 of 23

Implement automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing where applicable

Track, document, and report defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) with clear traceability

Mentor and guide QA team members, ensuring knowledge sharing and adherence to best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:

4–8 years of experience in software QA, including leadership or senior-level testing roles

Strong understanding of QA lifecycle, test management, and automation strategies

Hands-on experience with web, API, and database testing in microservices-based environments

Proficiency in testing tools such as Postman, Selenium, JMeter, or equivalent

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Awareness of accessibility guidelines (GIGW 3.0, WCAG 2.1) and government security compliance (CERT-In)

Knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) database validation

Experience using AI-powered test design and defect analysis tools is preferred

Strong problem-solving, documentation, and team coordination skills

Good to have certification: ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager, Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), or Selenium/Automation Testing Certification
