Falcon USA is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects across multiple business functions. The Project Manager will coordinate with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop detailed project schedules and monitor project milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to management and clients.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Review project documentation, reports, contracts, and change requests.
- Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate project records and prepare progress reports.
- Support business development by assisting with project planning, proposals, and client presentations when required.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management.
- Experience managing projects for US-based clients is highly preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or similar project management tools.
- Must be willing and able to work during US business hours and accommodate different US time zones as required.
