Management: Facilitate salary negotiations, answer candidate questions regarding compensation and benefits, and extend job offers.
Reporting & Compliance: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire) using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure all hiring practices comply with labor regulations, PF & ESIC compliance management.
