- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, social media).
- Screen resumes and application forms based on essential hiring criteria.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
