Job Summary
Luxelan Design Studio is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer – Interior to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong visualization skills and the ability to transform design concepts, sketches, and technical drawings into high-quality photorealistic 3D renders. The role involves working closely with the design team to create compelling visual presentations for residential and commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create realistic 3D visualizations and photorealistic renders for interior design projects.
- Develop conceptual designs and convert them into high-quality 3D presentations.
- Collaborate with interior designers and architects to ensure visualizations align with project concepts.
- Interpret design briefs, mood boards, layouts, and architectural drawings accurately.
- Modify and refine designs based on client and internal team feedback.
- Deliver high-quality visualizations within project timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, rendering techniques, and visualization software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer in residential and commercial interior projects.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, color schemes, and composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality interior 3D renders is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in creating walkthroughs or animations will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of construction details and technical drawings.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative design team.
