Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Hindi Telecaller to communicate with prospective customers, explain company products/services, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent Hindi communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Update CRM/database with customer information and call outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for lead conversion and customer support.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi.
- Basic communication skills in English and/or Tamil.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
