Key Responsibilities
1. School Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functioning of the school
- Maintain student records, staff records, and school documentation
- Oversee front office and reception management
- Manage school timetable coordination (non-academic support)
2. Admissions & Parent Coordination
- Handle admission enquiries and follow-ups
- Coordinate admission documentation and onboarding process
- Maintain updated admission registers and MIS data
- Address parent queries professionally and promptly
3. Fee & Finance Coordination
- Track fee collections and pending dues
- Coordinate with accounts for fee reconciliation
- Follow up with parents for outstanding payments
- Maintain proper financial documentation and reporting
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with CBSE norms
- Maintain statutory records and registers
- Support in audit documentation
- Maintain staff KYC and HR-related documentation
5. Vendor & Facility Management
- Coordinate with transport vendors
- Supervise housekeeping and security staff
- Manage procurement of books, uniforms, and school supplies
- Ensure infrastructure maintenance
6. HR & Staff Support
- Support recruitment coordination (interview scheduling, documentation)
- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Assist in payroll inputs (attendance, documentation, updates)
Key Skills Required
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Good communication skills (English + Kannada)
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets
- Record management & documentation skills
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–5 years experience in school administration preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
