Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Explain legal services and schedule appointments for clients.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
- Understand client requirements and share details with the legal team.
- Maintain call records, client data, and follow-up status.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into potential clients.
- Handle client queries politely and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with advocates and internal teams for smooth communication.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of telecalling/customer handling.
- Confidence in speaking over calls.
- Ability to handle clients professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM preferred).
Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- 3 months-1year exp is required
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
