Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Sales to lead and manage a team of Academic Counsellors/Sales Executives in the education sector. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in educational admissions, team handling, and target-driven sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve admissions and team performance.
- Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews for team members.
- Ensure effective lead management and CRM utilization.
- Handle escalated student and parent enquiries professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with management to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the Education/EdTech sector.
- Prior experience in team handling and sales management is mandatory.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and admission targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
