Key Responsibilities
Handle student counselling for study abroad programs (Bachelor, Master and others)
Understand student profiles and recommend best-fit universities & countries
Convert student leads into admissions through structured follow-up
Assist students throughout application and admission process
Coordinate with backend/application team for smooth documentation
Maintain lead records and student pipeline through CRM tools
Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets
Mentor junior counsellors when required
Participate in education webinars/seminars when needed
Maintain strong relationships with parents and students
