Gagangiri Group is hiring driven and experienced Sourcing Executives for on-field lead generation at our Kandivali project. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong local knowledge and the ability to build relationships with prospects and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads through on-ground activities, canopy drives, direct door-to-door outreach, and referral campaigns
- Build and manage a network of brokers and channel partners in the Kandivali catchment area
- Conduct customer meetings and project presentations at the site or customer locations
- Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and site visit targets
- Collaborate with the telecalling and closing teams for end-to-end lead management
- Submit daily field activity and lead reports to the manager
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of field sales experience, preferably in real estate
- Good local knowledge of Kandivali, Borivali, Malad, and surrounding areas
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills
- Self-starter who can work independently in the field
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Fluent in Hindi and Marathi
