Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller who understands the immigration industry and knows how to convert inquiries into clients. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding potential clients about visa options, and scheduling consultations with our counselors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from immigration and visa inquiries.
- Explain immigration services such as study visas & tourist visas
- Understand client requirements and provide basic guidance before scheduling counseling sessions.
- Maintain follow-ups with interested clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Record call details and update client information in the CRM or lead system.
- Coordinate with the counseling team to ensure smooth client handling.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telecalling or telesales in the immigration or visa consultancy industry.
- Strong communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).
- Good understanding of immigration services such as USA, UK, Schengen, and study visas.
- Ability to handle client objections and convert leads into appointments.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, or lead management systems).
