- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CPI for Data Services.
- Strong experience in integration design and development using SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across diverse systems.
- Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques within integration flows.
- Experience in implementing scalable and maintainable integration solutions following best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CPI for Data Services.
