Job Description – Social Media Executive / Intern
Location: Chandni Chowk, Delhi (Work from Home with Office Visits)
Responsibilities
Content Management
- Create and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Write engaging captions and content for Instagram and Facebook posts.
- Add suitable text/content overlays on reels before posting.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone and marketing objectives.
Social Media Posting
- Post 3 pieces of content daily, including:
- 2 Reels
- 1 Story
- Schedule and publish content on Instagram and Facebook.
- Maintain consistency in posting and audience engagement.
Reel Management
- Reels will be provided in edited format.
- Review reels and add appropriate captions, text overlays, hashtags, and descriptions before publishing.
Facebook & Instagram Marketing
- Create and manage Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager accounts.
- Set up and run paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor ad performance and provide basic reports and recommendations.
Account Growth & Management
- Manage day-to-day social media activities.
- Track engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Suggest creative ideas and marketing strategies to improve brand visibility.
Office Visits
- Candidate must visit the Chandni Chowk office twice every month for meetings, planning, and content discussions.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and Facebook marketing.
- Understanding of Facebook Ads Manager.
- Good content writing and caption-writing skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain posting consistency.
- Familiarity with Canva and basic social media tools is preferred.
Performance Expectations
- Timely execution of all scheduled posts.
- Consistent maintenance of social media pages.
- Professional handling of brand accounts.
- Regular reporting on content and ad performance.
Position Type: Part-Time / Internship / Freelance (as applicable)
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
