Key Responsibilities:
- Communication and Customer Service:Answering phones, responding to guest inquiries, and providing information
- Problem Resolution:Addressing guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks:Maintaining records, filing documents, and performing other clerical duties as needed.
- Maintaining a Clean and Organized Reception Area:Ensuring the reception area is presentable and welcoming for guests.
- Teamwork:Collaborating with other staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
