Key Responsibilities
EPM Automation Development
Design, develop, and maintain robust automation solutions using Oracle EPM Automate.
Create and manage automation scripts for:
Metadata loads
Data loads and exports
Data management processes
Application backups and snapshots
User provisioning activities
Environment refreshes
Business rule execution
Report generation and distribution
Develop reusable automation frameworks and deployment utilities.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation processes.
Scripting & Integration
Develop scripts using:
PowerShell
Batch scripting
Shell scripting (Linux/Unix)
Python (preferred)
Integrate Oracle EPM Cloud with:
Oracle ERP Cloud
Oracle EDMCS
Oracle ARCS
Oracle FCCS
Oracle Planning
Third-party systems
Automate file transfers using SFTP and cloud storage services.
Implement scheduling solutions using enterprise schedulers such as Control-M, Autosys, or Oracle Integration Cloud.
Administration & Support
Support EPM environment administration activities.
Monitor automation jobs and resolve production issues.
Perform root cause analysis for automation failures.
Manage migration activities across DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD environments.
Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
Performance & Process Improvement
Identify manual processes suitable for automation.
Improve reliability, scalability, and performance of EPM operational processes.
Develop monitoring, alerting, and logging mechanisms.
Create operational runbooks and technical documentation.
Leadership & Collaboration
Provide technical leadership to junior developers.
Participate in solution design and architecture discussions.
Work closely with Finance, EPM Administrators, ERP teams, Integration teams, and business stakeholders.
Review code and establish development standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance Systems, or related field.
5+ years of Oracle EPM Cloud experience.
3+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM Automate development experience.

FCCS
ARCS
EDMCS
Narrative Reporting
Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Python.
Experience with REST APIs and Oracle EPM REST Services.
Strong understanding of cloud integration concepts.
Experience with source control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of scheduling tools and batch processing frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
