Your Key Responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Design and develop detailed technical solutions for P systems and applications
- Translate functional requirements into scalable and compliant technical designs
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and global technology frameworks
- Develop and document integration architectures, APIs, and data flows
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams for solution alignment
- Support implementation, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to design principles
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance standards
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and reuse of technical components
KPI: Delivery of high-quality, scalable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and P process needs
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in technical solution design within enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in system integration, APIs, and architecture design
- Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance practices
- Exposure to HR/P technologies (e.g., Workday ecosystem)
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
- Essential skills: Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions and clearly communicate across stakeholders
Languages: Fluent English
Desirable Requirements:
Experience with non-Core HCM systems and broader HR technology landscape
Experience working with external vendors and implementation partners
