Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, and commission LT/HT electrical panels, MCC panels, PCC panels, PLC panels, VFD panels, and control systems.
- Perform site wiring checks, cable termination, loop checking, and panel alignment.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical circuits and control systems.
- Attend breakdown calls and provide quick fault diagnosis and rectification.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical panels and associated equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, GA drawings, SLDs, and wiring diagrams.
- Coordinate with project engineers, clients, and contractors during site activities.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Prepare service reports, commissioning reports, and maintenance documentation.
- Support customers with technical guidance and operational training.
- Travel to customer locations and industrial sites as required.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of electrical panels and industrial automation systems.
- Understanding of PLC, VFD, MCC, PCC, APFC panels.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with electrical testing instruments such as multimeters, meggers, clamp meters, etc.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices.

Qualification
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- ITI Electrician candidates with strong experience may also apply.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in electrical panel manufacturing, commissioning, or industrial maintenance.
