- Testing and Analysis: Supervise and perform analysis on raw materials, water systems (WFI - Water for Injection), in-process samples, and finished injectable batches.
- Sterility and Microbiological Control: Ensure strict environmental monitoring, endotoxin testing (LAL test), sterility testing, and particulate matter inspection for sterile products.
- Instrument Calibration and Validation: Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot high-end laboratory equipment like HPLC, UPLC, UV spectrophotometers, and gas chromatographs.
- Data Review and Compliance: Review analytical data, logbooks, and test reports to ensure alignment with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and pharmacopoeial standards (IP, BP, USP).
- Investigation Management: Lead investigations for Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT), and laboratory deviations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions (CAPA).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
