Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide support, and ensure a positive customer experience. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and issue resolution.
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick problem resolution.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Problem-solving and multitasking ability.
- Customer-focused attitude and patience.
