Job Summary
Webdock Studios LLP is seeking an experienced International Business Development Executive with a proven track record in global B2B sales and IT services. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in generating international leads, closing high-value deals, building long-term client relationships, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
This role requires someone who can independently manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and client acquisition to negotiation and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality business opportunities from international markets, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Europe, and Singapore.
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Handle the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, qualification, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
- Conduct outbound sales through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and strategic partners.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions.
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and industry trends.
- Represent the company in virtual meetings, webinars, and international networking events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation campaigns.
- Mentor junior business development executives and contribute to team growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–8+ years of experience in International Business Development, IT Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Proven experience in selling website development, mobile app development, SaaS products, software development, ERP/CRM solutions, or digital marketing services.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding international sales targets.
- Strong experience working with clients from North America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and other global markets.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, Clutch, and other lead generation platforms.
- Knowledge of international business practices and contract negotiations.
- Existing network of international clients is an added advantage.
- Experience in handling enterprise or high-value B2B accounts.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to business growth strategies.
