Required Skills
- Hands-on experience operating professional cameras (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, RED, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of camera settings, lenses, framing, composition, and cinematic storytelling.
- Proficient in using gimbals (DJI Ronin, Zhiyun, etc.) for smooth and dynamic camera movements.
- Good understanding of lighting techniques, including three-point lighting, natural lighting, and the use of softboxes, LED panels, RGB lights, reflectors, and diffusers.
- Ability to set up and manage lighting for indoor, outdoor, studio, and low-light shoots.
- Experience handling audio equipment such as wireless microphones, boom microphones, and audio recorders.
- Knowledge of camera stabilization equipment, including tripods, monopods, sliders, and jibs.
- Basic understanding of color grading and post-production workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot camera, lighting, and equipment issues during shoots.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute shoots with the appropriate camera, lighting, and audio setup.
- Set up and operate gimbals, tripods, sliders, and other camera support equipment.
- Design and manage lighting setups to achieve the desired mood and visual quality.
- Ensure proper camera exposure, focus, white balance, and stabilization throughout the shoot.
- Handle and maintain all production equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
- Collaborate with the creative team to bring concepts and storyboards to life through high-quality visuals.
- Adapt quickly to different shooting environments, including studio, office, outdoor, and event locations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
