Role:
* Counsel patients, explain treatment plans, and address their queries with empathy and professionalism & database management.
* Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and ensure seamless communication between patients and healthcare teams.
Requirements:
* Graduate (any discipline)
2-3 years of experience in patient care, counselling, hospital/clinic operations, or customer service
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
