Key Responsibilities: -
1. Costing & Cost Control
- Prepare and maintain standard cost sheets, BOM costings, and process-wise costing.
- Analyze raw material, Labour, overheads, and production cost variances.
- Monitor actual vs. standard cost and investigate deviations.
- Support periodic physical verification of inventory and consumption trends.
2. Inventory & Material Cost Management
- Review material consumption, yield, wastage, and process losses.
- Ensure accurate valuation of WIP and finished goods.
- Coordinate with production and stores for stock reconciliation.
3. MIS & Reporting
· Prepare monthly Budget vs Actual reports covering profitability, overheads, variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
· Coordinate with all departments for annual/quarterly budget preparation and upload budgets into SAP.
· Prepare financial projections, feasibility analysis, and ROI assessment for new projects or expansion plans.
4. Compliance & Systems
- Ensure compliance with cost accounting standards and internal controls.
- Maintain cost records required for statutory audit/cost audit.
- Work closely with ERP team; ensure accurate cost mapping in ERP (SAP B1/S4/other).
5. Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with departments like production, procurement, sales, and store.
- Advise on cost-saving opportunities and process optimization.
Skills & Qualifications
- CMA/CA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost accounting (Textile manufacturing preferred).
- Strong understanding of process costing & inventory valuation.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP B1/HANA or similar ERP.
- Analytical mindset, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
