Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & other social media platforms
- Plan and schedule daily posts, reels, stories & promotional content
- Create engaging captions, hashtags, and content ideas
- Coordinate with graphic designers/video editors for creatives
- Handle social media engagement and audience interaction
- Run Meta Ads / Instagram Ads campaigns
- Monitor insights, analytics, reach & engagement performance
- Assist in branding, promotions, lead generation & campaign planning
- Stay updated with social media trends and viral content formats
- Support website, WhatsApp marketing & digital promotions
Requirements
- Experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Management
- Knowledge of Instagram growth strategies & content marketing
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads / Google Ads is a plus
- Creative mindset with good communication skills
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop or editing tools preferred
- Ability to create viral hooks and trending content ideas
- Organized, proactive, and passionate about branding & marketing
Preferred Skills
- Reel creation & short-form content strategy
- Copywriting & caption writing
- Influencer collaboration handling
- Basic photography/videography knowledge
- Understanding of spirituality, Vastu, wellness or lifestyle branding is an advantage
