Hiring: Site Engineer
Inside Planners & Infrastructure LLP
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer who will be responsible for site supervision, execution, quality control, site measurements, manpower coordination, and ensuring timely completion of work as per drawings and specifications.
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
Employment: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site execution and activities.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects and project teams.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and timelines.
- Conduct site measurements and maintain daily site reports.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and maintain site safety standards.
Required Skills
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Site Engineer.
- Experience in Interior / Construction / Infrastructure preferred.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, site execution and construction practices.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and work within deadlines.
