- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of customer journey solutions using Adobe Experience Platform
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver comprehensive AEP strategies that meet client objectives
- Analyze client requirements and develop customized solutions to optimize customer experiences
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants fostering skill development and knowledge sharing
- Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices throughout project lifecycles
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering Technology Computer Applications or Business Administration
- Proven experience in AEP and Customer Journey with Adobe for at least 5 years
- Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes and experience in implementing these in project management
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage client relationships effectively
- Experience in developing strategic roadmaps for customer experience enhancements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and client interaction
- Ability to innovate and provide creative solutions to complex problems
- Good to have skills Data Analysis Marketing Cloud JavaScript SQL Agile Methodologies
