Job Area / Role: Sr Associate – Banking Relations Band/ Grade: 3 (Based on candidate fitment)

Key Responsibilities
- Plan the bank borrowing for the company as per the annual plan and borrow from the banks
periodically
- Arranging funds via Term Loan, Working Capital, Direct Assignment, Securitization, etc.
- Onboarding new bankers through different borrowing products
- Preparing CMA Data for the bank borrowing
- Preparing quarterly and half-yearly compliance reports like QIS, FFR, QMR, etc.
- Supporting the Treasury Operations Team in the different compliance and reporting
- Preparing the New Banking Group (for existing or new bank relationship) / in-principal / Board note for
reducing the lead time for final sanction
- Preparing the modification/amendment letter on banking sanctions
- Arranging meetings with senior bank officials
- Preparing the bank documentation and liaising for its early closure.
- Working on annual renewals and interest resets with banks.
- Handling various queries of Banks, Rating Agencies, auditors and other investors
- Continuously updating the Borrowing deck, Investor Presentation and other standardized documents
- Mobilisation of Funds as per Annual Fund requirements and to plan the borrowing well in advance to
maintain proper liquidity throughout the year
- Availing WCDL on repayment, keeping updated with market dynamics
- Continuous research on the economy, debt markets, and RBI regulations to ensure more informed
decisions on funding
- Ensuring maintenance of Treasury systems and implementing all treasury-related processes

Eligibility Criteria for the Job
Experience Preferably above 6 years
Education MBA / CA (Preferably CA)
Skills & Competencies · Strong Understanding of NBFC / HFC business
· Good in understanding financial ratios and analysis · Sound understanding of Accounting and Financial Mathematics
- Knowledge of ALCO, ALM and regulatory guidelines
· Strong Communication Skills · Strong Presentation Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Highly desired - excel and PowerPoint)
