Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Holiday Expert – International & Domestic with strong destination knowledge and hands-on experience in selling and managing customized holiday packages. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in key international destinations and domestic travel products.
Must-Have Destination Experience
Candidates must have practical working experience in handling holiday packages for the following destinations:
- Europe (Schengen countries)
- Australia & New Zealand
- Dubai / UAE
- Thailand
- Singapore & Malaysia
- Other popular international & domestic destinations
Key Responsibilities
- Design, customize, and sell International & Domestic holiday packages
- Handle B2C inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and cost breakups
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, transport & sightseeing vendors
- Manage end-to-end bookings including hotels, transfers, flights, and visas
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion ratios
- Provide pre-travel and post-travel customer support
- Stay updated with destination trends, visa requirements, and supplier deals
Skills & Requirements
- Mandatory experience in International holiday package sales
- Strong destination knowledge of Europe, Australia, Dubai, Thailand, Singapore
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to handle high-value itineraries and multiple bookings
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email drafting, and CRM systems
- Target-oriented and customer-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Travel & Tourism
- Experience in B2C travel companies
- Knowledge of visa documentation and travel insurance
