Job Description – Junior Litigation Lawyer (PQE)
Position: Junior Litigation Lawyer
Experience: 2-4 Years PQE (Post Qualified Experience)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Litigation Lawyer to support litigation matters, legal research, drafting, and court-related activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in litigation practice and be comfortable assisting senior advocates/lawyers in handling legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling civil and commercial litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries, notes, and opinions.
- Draft legal documents including plaints, written statements, petitions, applications, affidavits, notices, and other pleadings.
- Assist in preparing case strategies and litigation documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, advocates, and internal teams for case updates.
- Attend court hearings and assist with court-related proceedings.
- Review legal documents, agreements, and case-related records.
- Maintain case files, timelines, and litigation trackers.
- Support senior lawyers in trial preparation and legal proceedings.
- High Court and NCLT practice areas is preffered
Skills & Qualifications:
- LLB degree from a recognized university.
- 2-4 years of PQE in litigation practice.
- Experience in drafting pleadings and legal documents.
- Good understanding of court procedures and litigation processes.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to Commercial Litigation / Civil Litigation / High Court matters.
- Experience working with law firms or litigation teams preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
