JOB ROLE:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Manager who can efficiently manage client coordination, social media operations, client visits, and day-to-day business activities with professionalism and creativity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle Client Communication & Coordination
Visit clients for meetings, document collection, and business coordination
Manage Social Media Platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Create and schedule business-related content/posts
Coordinate with clients regarding documents, updates & follow-ups
Maintain smooth day-to-day office operations
Support business development and client relationship management
Manage online branding and promotional activities
Prepare reports, presentations, and operational updates
ELIGIBILITY:
Graduate in any discipline (B.COM, BBA/MBA preferred)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
Strong communication & client-handling skills
Willingness to travel for client visits and meetings
Knowledge of Social Media Management & MS Office
Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding preferred
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
