We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will handle onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HRMS updates, payroll inputs, and employee engagement activities. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and hands-on knowledge of HR processes and compliance. Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to a 30-day notice period are preferred.
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
