Responsibilities:
- Execute field sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to business growth
- Conduct direct customer acquisition through a minimum of 5 client visits per week across target industries such as Healthcare, Automotive, Education, and F&B
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, digital outreach, and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Make a minimum of 50 cold calls per week and maintain accurate call logs with status updates
- Identify, approach, and onboard new channel partners, with at least 3 new partner meetings per month
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to generate referral business opportunities
- Manage and update the sales pipeline daily in CRM, ensuring accurate lead tracking and opportunity forecasting
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications to convert leads into sales
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and demos with decision-makers to promote company solutions
- Maintain detailed visit logs, meeting notes, and sales activity reports for weekly and monthly review
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution for clients
- Conduct monthly KPI review meetings with active clients and maintain high client satisfaction levels
- Participate in weekly sales review meetings to report progress, challenges, leads, deals, and sales orders
- Complete assigned training modules and apply learnings in client acquisition, proposal pitching, and sales servicing activities
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- MBA preferred but not mandatory
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B / field sales, preferably in digital marketing, healthcare, automotive, or education sectors
- Proven track record of achieving monthly sales and revenue targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and/or Kannada
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent tools
- Ability to manage field visits, office coordination, and reporting independently
- Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejection professionally
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services and B2B sales processes
