We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Holiday Consultant / Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning memorable travel experiences by recommending suitable holiday packages, preparing customized itineraries, and converting inquiries into successful bookings.
Core Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding holiday packages through calls, emails, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Create personalized travel plans and itineraries based on client preferences, travel goals, and budget.
- Recommend and sell both domestic and international vacation packages, along with related travel services.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth through effective conversion of leads.
- Build strong client relationships by delivering excellent service and encouraging repeat business.
- Guide customers on travel requirements such as documentation, visa processes, and destination-specific regulations.
- Maintain accurate booking details, payment records, and customer interactions in internal systems or CRM tools.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a similar field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in travel consulting, holiday sales, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
- Strong knowledge of popular domestic and international travel destinations.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented and fast-paced sales environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office; experience with travel reservation or booking software will be an added advantage.
