We are looking for a confident, motivated and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our hair transplant clinic. The primary responsibility will be to contact potential patients, understand their requirements, explain our services and convert qualified leads into clinic consultations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional approach and the ability to build trust with patients over the phone.
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing and other sources.
- Understand patients' concerns regarding hair loss and provide basic information about available treatments.
- Explain the clinic's hair transplant and hair restoration services clearly and professionally.
- Build rapport and trust with potential patients.
- Identify genuine and high-potential leads and prioritise follow-ups.
- Schedule consultations and appointments with the doctor.
- Follow up consistently with patients who have not yet booked a consultation.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, appointments and lead status.
- Work closely with the Doctor and Branch Manager to improve lead conversion.
- Follow up with previous enquiries and existing clients for additional treatment opportunities where appropriate.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle patient questions professionally and escalate medical queries to the doctor when required.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with patients throughout the enquiry and consultation process.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
