Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives. Conduct regular performance reviews, set quotas, and foster a highly motivated team culture.
- Sales Strategy: Design and execute strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure strong market presence.
- Forecasting & Analytics: Prepare accurate sales forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and analyze quantitative metrics to optimize sales operations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Oversee client accounts, build long-term relationships, and resolve escalated issues.
- Market Monitoring: Track industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
