Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, with specific experience in electric vehicles or passenger vehicles preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of EV technology, charging infrastructure, and competitive product portfolios.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Business Administration (MBA in Sales & Marketing).
