We are seeking a passionate, qualified, and dedicated Hindi Teacher to teach students from Grades 5 to 10. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Hindi language lessons, fostering literacy skills, promoting appreciation for Hindi literature and culture, and supporting students’ academic growth in accordance with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective Hindi language lessons for Grades 5–10.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and literature.
- Create an engaging classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into classroom instruction.
Student Assessment
- Design and administer assignments, quizzes, tests, and examinations.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and academic progress.
- Identify learning gaps and provide additional support where required.
Classroom Management
- Establish and maintain positive classroom discipline.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage student participation and confidence in spoken and written Hindi.
Curriculum & Development
- Implement the prescribed curriculum effectively.
- Participate in curriculum planning and academic meetings.
- Develop supplementary teaching materials and learning resources.
- Stay updated with educational trends and best practices in language teaching.
Parent & School Engagement
- Communicate student progress and concerns with parents/guardians.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to enhance student outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred or mandatory as per institutional requirements.
- Strong command of written and spoken Hindi.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in Grades 5–10.
- Experience with CBSE, ICSE, State Board, or equivalent curriculum.
- Proven ability to improve student learning outcomes.
- Experience in conducting co-curricular and literary activities.
