Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to generate and qualify leads for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, providing project information, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and location advantages to prospects.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and purchase intent.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads to maintain engagement and increase conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or lead management software.
- Handle inquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, property portals, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and customer experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and site visit targets.
- Prepare and submit daily activity and lead status reports.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior experience in Telecalling, Pre-Sales, Customer Service, or Real Estate Sales will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 0–3 Years of experience in Real Estate, Telecalling, BPO, Customer Support, or Pre-Sales.

- Number of calls made per day.
