Job Title: Finishing Project Manager
Job Location: [Delhi NCR)
Experience: 8–15 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all finishing works at the project site.
Plan and execute finishing activities as per project schedule and quality standards.
Handle works related to flooring, tiles, marble, granite, stone, false ceiling, painting, plaster, doors, windows, waterproofing, and other finishing works.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Monitor manpower, material availability, and daily site progress.
Check quality of finishing work and ensure proper execution as per standards.
Resolve site-related technical and coordination issues.
Prepare and review work schedules, progress reports, and material requirements.
Ensure proper planning and timely completion of all finishing activities.
Conduct inspections and coordinate with the QA/QC team for approvals and inspections.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of building finishing and interior works.
Good knowledge of marble, granite, stone, tiles, flooring, painting, false ceiling, and waterproofing.
Excellent site management and team-handling skills.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple finishing activities and meet project deadlines.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate: Candidates with strong experience in large-scale residential, commercial, hotel, or high-rise building finishing projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
