We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our hotel team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance operations of the hotel.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance work.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records and inventory of tools and spare parts.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or a related field).
- Experience in hotel or hospitality maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance.
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and handle emergency maintenance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
