We are now looking for a Telecaller to join our team and support our operations by reaching out to potential customers and carrier partners.
Job Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to carriers and clients, introducing our logistics services, and helping build strong business relationships. This is a voice-based, target-oriented role ideal for someone who is confident on calls, persuasive, and organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to trucking companies, drivers, and potential clients in the U.S.
- Explain our logistics services and set up appointments or leads for the sales team
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to build relationships
- Maintain records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in the system
- Handle basic queries and forward more complex ones to the right department
- Work closely with sales and dispatch teams
Requirements
- Freshers.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- Strong persuasion and listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
- Must be a quick learner and team player
