About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer with strong expertise in analog and digital circuit design for industrial electronic products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience taking products from concept through prototype to mass production and will be an independent contributor capable of driving end-to-end hardware development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design electronic architecture for industrial products.
- Develop analog and digital circuit designs.
- Create schematics and support prototype development through production.
- Design and review PCB layouts using Altium Designer.
- Coordinate with contract manufacturers during PCB fabrication and assembly.
- Develop automated test procedures and maintain technical documentation.
- Optimize battery-powered systems for efficiency and performance.
- Support product validation, debugging, and design improvements.
- Drive products from development to mass production.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in designing and productizing electronic products.
- Strong expertise in analog and digital circuit design.
- Hands-on experience with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB design.
- Experience with PCB layout, manufacturing, and contract manufacturer coordination.
- Strong experience in schematic creation and hardware development.
- Experience with RF and/or IoT devices.
- Knowledge of battery management and power efficiency optimization.
- Experience creating automated test procedures and technical documentation.
- Proven experience leading products through prototype, validation, and mass production.
- Ability to work as an Individual Contributor (IC) with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing industrial electronic products.
- Strong debugging and hardware validation skills.
- Familiarity with design-for-manufacturing (DFM) and design-for-test (DFT) principles.
