Job Summary
Kored Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced O&M Head to lead the Operations and Maintenance functions for telecom infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring network uptime, operational efficiency, preventive and corrective maintenance, team management, customer satisfaction, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Lead end-to-end O&M activities for telecom infrastructure projects.
- Ensure maximum network availability and service uptime.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Manage field operations across multiple locations.
Maintenance Management
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Ensure timely resolution of network and site-related issues.
- Monitor equipment performance and reliability.
- Oversee maintenance of telecom towers, power systems, batteries, DG sets, and transmission equipment.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor regional O&M teams.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet operational targets.
- Conduct performance reviews and skill development programs.
Client & Vendor Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
- Manage vendor performance and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure timely reporting and communication with clients.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and company policies.
- Implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections.
Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare and manage O&M budgets.
- Optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality.
- Monitor inventory and spare parts management.

Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related field.
- MBA or Project Management certification is an added advantage.
