Office Coordinator
The Office Coordinator will handle day-to-day office operations with a strong focus on communication, data management, and sales coordination. The role involves interacting with customers, managing enquiries from platforms like IndiaMART, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth administrative workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and communicate with customers regarding products and enquiries
- Follow up on leads received through direct enquiries and platforms like IndiaMART
- Prepare and share quotations based on customer requirements
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records (both digital and physical)
- Manage and update customer data and enquiry records
- Perform regular sales calling and follow-ups to convert leads
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch updates
- Assist in general office administration and daily operations
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English required; regional language preferred)
- Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good follow-up skills

- Candidates with prior experience in office administration, customer service, telecalling, or sales coordination will have an added advantage
