Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Conduct employee onboarding & induction to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Handle HR operations including employee database management, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Support performance management process and maintain appraisal records.
Drive employee engagement activities and support retention initiatives.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, and gratuity) maintain HR documentation.
Assist in policy implementation, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
Prepare and maintain HR reports & dashboards for management review.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide HR support across departments.
