Candidates for tenure-track Assistant Professor must demonstrate capability for conducting high quality research and should have completed or close to completing a PhD. Associate Professors should have a proven track record of research, teaching and mentoring of junior faculty. Full Professors are additionally expected to provide academic leadership at the School.
Teaching hours and remunerations are highly competitive within India, with generous start-up and seed grants. Faculty also get annual international conference travel support and development-allowance to facilitate research.
